Lately around culinary blog space soups are often dealt with. John shows us hot Indian soup - pikatna, warm and very good for cold days. Daniela does a healthy child supichka prepared for his son. Soups of follow spanachenito Pepcho, Dan, Maggie and Nani. (I hope I have not forgotten any ...)
All these wonderful proposals have provoked me to do one cream of spinach soup with four cheeses. The taste was new to me, especially given the fact that I eat only white brined cow's cheese. But one must try many different things. In this case I am satisfied with the outcome.
Products for 4 servings:
250 grams of canned spinach
100 grams leeks
40 grams butter
100ml fresh milk
700ml water
50 grams Brie
50 grams Gorgonzola
50 grams Gouda
50 grams Cheddar
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
Wash and cut leeks into rings, Drain water from spinach. Melting the butter in a pot and put the onions to choke. Add the spinach stew, and even 3-4 minutes. Pouring milk and water and leave to cook over low heat about 15 minutes. Add the chopped cheese and a mix. Let them melt to, tampering with Sil, pepper and nutmeg and puree.
We serve the soup hot, with sour cream and crushed walnuts.
