Spinach cream soup with four cheeses

Jan

Lately around culinary blog space soups are often embedded. John presents hot Indian soup - pikatna, warm and very suitable for cold days. Daniela does a healthy child supichka prepared for his son. Follow spanachenito of soups Pepcho , Danny , Maggie and Nani . (Hope I have not forgotten any ...)
All these wonderful proposals have provoked me to do a cream of spinach soup with four cheeses. The taste was new to me, especially given the fact that I eat only white brined cheese. But one must try many different things. In case I am satisfied with the outcome.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g canned spinach
100 g leeks
40 g butter
100ml fresh milk
700m water
50 g Bree
50 g Gorgonzola
50 g Gouda
50 g cheddar
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste

Wash and cut leeks rings, Drain water from spinach. In a saucepan melt butter and onions to put choke. Add the spinach stew, and another 3-4 minutes. Pour milk and water and leave to boil over low heat about 15 minutes. Add the sliced cheese and a pastry. Let them melt, tampering with the OIB, pepper and nutmeg and blend.
Serve the soup hot, with sour cream and crushed walnuts.
