Mom was home for several days and today because I had to leave yesterday made muffin to take home. I stopped on a recipe book of 500 cakes , which was a cake, but I decided to bake small cakes. Received many chocolates, although without the presence of chocolate, scary fluffy and soft. I am delighted with the outcome and I hope also home to enjoy them!

Products for 24 muffin:

170 g soft butter
240 g sugar
80 g cocoa
300m milk
3 eggs
200 g flour
1 1 / 2 baking powder ch.l
1 / 2 salt ch.l
1 / 2 vanilla extract ch.l

For the cream:
Mascarpone
Castor sugar
Vanilla

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180S. Beat butter with sugar to fluffy cream. Mix cocoa with some of the milk until a thick paste, then add it to butter. Put the eggs and, one by one, beating well after as any. Add vanilla and salt. Sift flour and baking powder and pour half of mixture. Stir well and pour the remaining milk. Then the rest of the flour. Stir Finally, to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Put paper cups in muffin tray and bake 25-30min, or by checking with a stick.
Cool 2-3 minutes and then the tray on the grill until cooled.

For whipping cream mascarpone with icing sugar to taste, add vanilla and decorate as desired.

First I want to congratulate strohtniya blog, which fell from the moment it opened. I have one question for you, I guess this question is asked many times, but you will excuse me, because they recently visited. So my question is: where do you buy paper muffin forms. I am from Bulgaria and am looking for much, but where the saleswomen and ask me and I look silly offer iron cups that work? Thanks in advance!
