Mom was home for several days and today because I had to leave, Muffin did yesterday to bring home. I have chosen a recipe book of 500 cakes, which was a cake, but I decided to bake small cakes. Received many chocolates, although without the presence of chocolate, scary fluffy and soft. I am delighted with the outcome and I hope also home to please!

Products for 24 Muffin:

170 grams soft butter
240 grams sugar
80 grams cocoa
300ml milk
3 eggs
200 grams flour
1 1 / 2 baking powder ch.l
1 / 2 salt ch.l
1 / 2 vanilla extract ch.l

For the cream:
Mascarpone
Powdered sugar
Vanilla

Preparation:
Heat oven 180S. Beat butter with sugar to fluffy cream. Mix cocoa with some of the milk until a thick paste, then add to butter. And put the eggs one at a time, beating well after as any. Add vanilla and salt. Sift flour and baking powder and pour half of mixture. Stir well and pour the remaining milk. Then the rest of the flour. Stir Finally, to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Put paper cups in Muffin pan and bake for 25-30min, or by checking with a stick.
Cooling 2.3 minutes in pan, then grill on until cool.

For beating mascarpone cream with powdered sugar to taste, add vanilla and decorate as desired.
