Colorful cakes with marshmelou

Lately a lot of loving to prepare Muffin. Are extremely simple, the variety of flavors is great and certainly one can not experiment much in their preparation or decoration.
For these great Muffin recipe I used for cakes "Rainbow" and a Latinka for Marshmallow Frosting by Milen @

Products 12-14 Muffin:

2ch.ch flour
1 and 1 / 2 tsp baking powder
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 vanilla pod
2 eggs
1 / 2 ch.ch. milk
1 / 2 ch.ch. soft butter
3 / 4 sugar ch.ch
pastry canvas

For cream marshmelou:
4 egg whites
1 ch.ch sugar
1 / 4 teaspoon lemon acid
vanilla

Preparation:
Sift into a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy cream on and then one by one, add eggs, mixing well after each, and pour the vanilla. To this mixture add the flour gently for 3-4 times, poured between them less than fresh milk. Do not confuse too long.
Distribute the finished mixture in bowls and paint with colors of your choice. I made 5 colors - yellow, orange, red, pink and purple.

In a Muffin pan put in a paper cup and pour a little in each of the different colors. Fill 3 / 4 of formichkite.

Bake 20-30min in a preheated to 180 grams. oven.

For cream marshmelou:
In a fireproof bowl or pot placed protein, sugar, and vanilla limontozuto. Stir boiling water bath until the protein is heated (about 3-5min).
Transfer mixture into a dry bowl and stir until a thick cream. Coloring, optional and decorate cakes cool.
