On August 26 odartyah one year old and I put another couple behind the couple. I do not feel smarter, more zryaza or wise. I believe that man grows over the years not to go, but because the experience that the body over time. Life is a string of events, emotions, possibilities, opportunities and aspirations, a thing of youth is that you somehow wrong to be forgiven and have a little more time for the second double. The important thing is somewhere on the road to find yourself, find that thing that will make you feel complete, to love things that do, to appreciate people who are up to you and your real, but really happy. When I decide it will make a surprise / gift to someone starting a great thinking, selecting and planning to the smallest detail. Usually birthdays with a cake and surprised likely effect of the unexpected gift will soon be lost, but either way everyone is satisfied and happy. Sometimes I think that all desserts and sweets lies some magical force that is able to operate on people as anything else. And sometimes do so easily because of certain that even the easiest chocolate keksche can make his day better.

Today is one of those days where I do not cook. Strange, huh? Even more strange is that I have available all day and I can prepare so many things, but only thought to include oven, I feel hot. And out enough heat to make it stick and apartments.
On days like today make me feel like I'm a quiet beach to feel the sand tickle my feet, a scorching sun touching my skin. Furthermore favorite book, sunglasses and good music for the occasion and we need a cocktail refrigerant that the first sip to take us away from dirty and dusty capital. Let anyone who wants a cold Mojito, to flow to the nearest store lime, white rum and soda, mint and you can pluck from the pot on the balcony, cane sugar and almost everyone has somewhere in the kitchen cabinets. Again and again I am come with pasta. I have such as mania get me something and I do not run very long time. In this case, obsession is more of a perfectionist and although in principle I am not such a man, these small, fine jewelry (do not we dare to tell them "sweet" it would be very disrespectful :-)) and me crazy will not stop until you find the secret conspiracy about preparation.

So many things happened in the last two weeks. Obviously, I did not have much time for cooking, but I can boast a few things.
The first and most important - successfully finished 3rd year and only a year left until graduation. Time flies you fly. Like yesterday I was uncertain what, provincial shy girl come in the big city to seek knowledge, friends, to follow their dreams and build the future. Recently, time is not enough for me. I feel that the hours fly like seconds, and months like days. I did not notice when the semester ended, when the time came for the session. Of course, all academic obligations are crowded for the last week and I saw a miracle. Fortunately, almost always manage to cope with everything, whatever little time we have. Definitely we are in the season of birthdays. After tiramisu for glory and chocolate cake with strawberries and mascarpone for Nora, came the turn of the next birthday - Valio - brother of Fame. Again, all wanted more light and not too sweet cake, which completely excluded the option to prepare a chocolate dessert. There is no better thing than to rejoice dear friend for his birthday. Sometimes small gestures mean a lot more attention from large gifts. So it was now. My friend Nora had a birthday yesterday and I decided to make her cake. He was surprised when the cake came in with hands only her smile I knew that I achieved my goal. Dear, aka Slavi 's Birthday today and it targets 25.
I want to wish his first health because without it everything else is meaningless. I wish him much luck, a lot of courage to realize their dreams and tailwind on the road to success. I have repeatedly said that although more prepared desserts and sweets, the real temptation for me is pasta. Maybe it is hereditary, because everyone in my family prefer cakes and breads, biscuits or cake before :-)
For today I decided to prepare a typical French bread, which fascinates not only with ease but with the magical taste. munitions (Fougasse) e flat bread, which is believed to be created completely by accident. When after a long day job ended bakers have used heat from the slow cooling furnace to make this bread. Rolled it on thinly, sprinkled with spices and cheese and cut several times to the dough can be baked quickly. Option munitions occurs in Italian cuisine, known as fokacha . All post »
